777sk Terms and Conditions – Your Rights & Our Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777sk website, mobile interface, and all related services, games, and betting markets operated under the 777sk brand ("the Platform"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 777sk ("we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game on 777sk, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms should be read alongside the 777sk Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777sk. In any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To open and maintain an account on 777sk, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777sk does not accept players under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately with all funds returned to the verified payment source.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register, and you must not be under a court order or legal restriction preventing you from gambling.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a 777sk employee in a role with access to platform data or odds-setting systems.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws applicable to you.

777sk reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one account on 777sk. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If 777sk identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge balances, close the duplicate, or close both accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update your account profile or contact support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 777sk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately. 777sk will not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain appropriate password security.

All transactions on 777sk are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, and no foreign exchange fees apply to any deposit or withdrawal on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

777sk currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant processing
• NayaPay — digital wallet, instant processing

Deposits must come from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

777sk does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside our control and are your responsibility. 777sk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Where a payment method is removed, existing pending deposits via that method will be processed where technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 777sk is Rs 200. There are no withdrawal fees charged by 777sk on any supported payment method. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 777sk's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 777sk may request additional verification before processing to an alternative method.

Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: Typically within minutes of approval. Maximum processing time is 24 hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same-day for requests submitted before midnight PKT. Next working day for requests submitted after midnight or on public holidays.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 working days depending on issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal request is approved, 777sk may require identity verification (KYC) documents including a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet dashboard confirming ownership. These checks are a standard financial security requirement and are not applied selectively.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to your balance; your account is under security review; or there is a mismatch between your account details and the withdrawal destination. In all such cases, 777sk will notify you by email or live chat within 24 hours.

All bets placed on 777sk are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. Players are responsible for reading the applicable rules before placing any bet. General betting rules that apply across all markets on 777sk are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once 777sk has issued a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your balance.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, where a technical error caused odds to be displayed at a price materially different from the genuine market price — may be voided by 777sk. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of acceptance. Any delay between submission and confirmation is subject to the odds at the time of server-side processing, not the odds visible on your screen when you clicked.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the relevant market page. Attempting to circumvent maximum limits by placing multiple accounts or using third-party agents is a breach of these Terms.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or not completed within a defined time window, the specific sport's settlement rules (available in the 777sk Help section) will determine whether bets are settled or voided.
• PSL and cricket betting markets are subject to ICC and PCB official results. In cases of DLS-affected matches, the DLS result is the official result for settlement purposes on 777sk.
• No bet may be cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where 777sk explicitly offers a cash-out or bet withdrawal feature for that specific market.

Casino games on 777sk — including but not limited to Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Aviator, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Three Card Poker — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general rules apply to all casino games on 777sk:

• RNG (random number generator) games use software that has been independently tested to confirm that outcomes are random and unpredictable. RTPs are published and available on request.
• Live dealer games use physical cards or roulette wheels operated by trained dealers in real-time. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, any bet placed for that round will either be completed as soon as the stream resumes or voided and refunded — the outcome depends on the stage at which the disruption occurred.
• Aviator and crash games on 777sk use provably fair mechanics. The crash multiplier is generated and cryptographically hashed before the betting phase opens. Players may verify any completed round using the published seed hash.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with 777sk games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical glitch or software bug to generate winnings is a breach of these Terms. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a glitch are void and will be removed from the account balance.

777sk offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all 777sk bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. 777sk reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotional offer at its discretion.
• Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds expire.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit combining bonuses.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or structuring bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — is prohibited. 777sk may void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
• 777sk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777sk and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 777sk under any name or identity
• Using a stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment method to deposit funds
• Match-fixing or any arrangement designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which 777sk offers markets
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Use of automated software, bots, AI agents, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a pattern designed to circumvent KYC or anti-money laundering checks
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with any part of the 777sk platform's source code, servers, or databases
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access 777sk in a way that misrepresents your location for eligibility purposes

Where 777sk suspects any of the above activities, it may freeze the account and request additional information before taking any further action. Players are given a reasonable opportunity to provide an explanation before a final decision is reached.

777sk may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• At the player's own request, including under self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation finds no breach, or where a player closes their account voluntarily, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 working days.

A player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 777sk support at support@777sk.ws or via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

777sk takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide all players with a range of tools designed to help them stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a specified time period has elapsed during an active session
• Cool-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block future registrations; this option is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sk's total liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sk is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet or network outages outside 777sk's control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers (delays, errors, fees)
• Technical disruptions to live dealer streams or game interfaces caused by force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms limits 777sk's liability for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

777sk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, payment terms, or game rules in a significant way — 777sk will provide notice via email to registered account holders at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance without penalty.

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or changes that do not affect player rights may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always the version published on this page. The date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.
